Important Rail Specs and Warnings:

1 and a quarter inch vertical guide wheel clearance Outer track obstructions and penny-sized gap
Horizontal view detail of outer track obstructions Large bolts and nuts at some track ends

Measurements:

62″ outer rail edge*
56 1/2″ inner rail edge*
2 3/4″ wide rail surface
1 1/4″ index vertical clearance (meaning guide wheels should not exceed 1 1/4″ in the lip that overhangs and keeps the wheel on track, click on photo #1)
* approximate within 3/4″ variation, give or take

WARNING:
Recent track improvements have led to application of grounding wires and other soldered metal parts that MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH NON-STANDARD INDEX GUIDE WHEELS, especially wheels with outer guides (click on photos #2 and #3).

PDF Viewing and Download Instructions

Most contemporary browsers such as Firefox and Safari allow viewing of PDF documents from within the browser window. Simply click a link to view the document. You may then print directly or Save the file to your local computer.

If you cannot view a PDF document, then you may download the free Adobe Reader program. Once installed, a PDF reader plugin should allow viewing through your Browser. Otherwise, right-click (or control-click on a Mac with a single button mouse) on the PDF link of choice. Choose the Save to Disk or Save Document option in the resulting menu. Choose your desktop and, finally, open the PDF file on your desktop with Adobe Reader.
